We are excited to tell you about some of the updates we’ve made on Qube’s platform

1. Welcome to the WIZARD
The Wizard is a welcoming page containing a set of predefined business models at your disposal: a supermarket, a pharmacy, a restaurant, and a clinic. Each service already comes with queues and counters delineated, but you can manage them however you like, by adding some, eliminating, or renaming them: you choose!
The advanced option comes in all blanks, allowing you to fully personalize your queuing experience.
You can also skip this part by clicking on the Dismiss Button, however it is very important to highlight that by doing so you cannot go back on your decision, and the Wizard will never show up on your Location again.
At the end of your experience, you will be able to see your location in review! This summary will contain some of what we have prepared for you.
2. Go ahead and test it out!
Congratulations, you’ve just taken your first steps to create the perfect queue management system. It’s time to give it a go!
3. Let your visitors go from a paper to an E-Ticket
Your visitors can now scan the QR-Code present on the ticket that they take out of the ticket dispenser. That way they will be able to follow the status of their ticket through their smartphone, even if they choose a paper ticket in the first place!
This QR-Code can only be read once, and a second attempt will generate an error message on your visitor’s ticket, this way each ticket is personal and non-transferable.
There’s no cutsies with Qube!
It’s easy: on your end, you just enable the E-Ticket QR-Code option in Qube’s settings.

In the meantime, feel free to try out Qube. It’s simple:
| Scan the QR-Code with your camera or Google Lens
| Click on the Queue that you wish
| Generate a ticket
| Wait for the notification of your turn*
| You will be able to see how many people are in line in front of you, if there is any!
*Note that, for now, this will only work if you have an Android, Apple currently does not allow for automatic notifications.
